A MASTER CHEF winner and Great British Bake Off finalist will be joining the St Osyth Summer Sounds Music and Food Festival.
The Arts Trust, the producers of King’s Cross Summer Sounds, is running a major new festival taking place at St Osyth Priory over two days on August 30-31.
Festival organisers have now announced that two TV cooks will be joining the existing “stellar” chefs on the Chef Stage.
They include Master Chef 2020 winner Thomas Frake, who is known for his modern British classics, and Great British Bake Off 2024 finalist Christiaan de Vries who brings his love and flair for fashion and design to his bakes.

There will also be locally produced cuisines by Ragmarsh Farm, English Spirit, the Forge Kitchen and Baytree Pizza.
The Music Stage will feature Tendring and grassroots artists playing all weekend.
Multi-instrumentalist Cameron Mackie, guitarist Jayden Wells, the collective ‘A Light Left On’ led by singer-songwriter David J Brown, and vocalist Roger Douglas will perform on August 30.
Double MOBO Award-winning saxophonist YolanDa Brown will headline on the Saturday with her Bob Marley Songbook.
On Sunday the line-up will include Latin jazz duo Luna Nova, rising voice on the UK music scene Laura Wyatt, acoustic artist Sophie Nash, songwriter and vocalist Luke Fisher, acoustic duos Verona and Sunflower Acoustic, 50s-inspired act Colz and Friends, and indie-pop singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Grace Calver.
Further musical theatre acts include Oliver Savile, Laura Pitt-Pulford and Gemma Knight-Jones.
Throughout the weekend there will be family-based activities, workshops, crafts, puppetry and circus skills, as well as the Clacton Classic Car Club who will be at the festival on Sunday.
