Appeal lodged after seven homes plan refused
AN appeal has been lodged against a council’s decision to refuse planning permission for seven homes on an orchard.
The proposal, which would have seen one building knocked down and replaced by seven new houses in Maldon Road, Latchingdon, was refused by Maldon District Council.
The plans are for two two bed properties, two three bed properties, and three four bed properties.
An appeal has been launched against the decision, and will be heard in the form of written representations
