CLACTON bowlers turned out in football and rugby shirts for their final game of the season.

During the season, a record number of visitors have played on their rinks from over 40 clubs.

The club will have two teams in the Premier League next year as the winners of the Stanford League get promoted.

Now the club looks forward to the winter indoors with carpet bowls, darts, cribbage, Canasta, bingo, table tennis and other social events.
