COLNE Athletic are celebrating championship glory.
The Brightlingsea side cemented top spot in Essex and Suffolk Border League division three after a 14-0 romp at lowly Bradfield Rovers Reserves on Saturday.
Having become the county's first promoted side of the season the previous weekend, they plundered four goals in the first half and ten in the second.
Top-scorer Scott Yearling notched five goals and Luke Rogers weighed in with a hat-trick.
Andy Schofield added two and there were also goals for Joel Shurvinton, Michael Puczkowski, Joe Hawkins and Ben Connell.
Colne are one of only two Saturday sides in Essex with a 100 per cent league record, having won 18 out of 18.
They have four fixtures left.
