WALTON Swifts Walking Football Club took part in an enjoyable, well-organised tournament at Foxash.
However, they found the competition stiff and only managed one victory from six games.
Their only goal was scored by Dennis Beere, with a thunderous drive that went through the goalkeeper's legs to earn the only win.
It was a high standard of competition with even a former England international, Trevor Whymark, representing Beccles.
However, even his presence wasn't enough to win the trophy, which went to the Beccles B team.
Steve Gentry was awarded player-of-the-tournament for Swifts, for his heroics in goal.
