AMBULANCE crews are attending an incident in Basildon this afternoon.
A picture from the scene shows the ambulance parked up outside the Wren Kitchens store in Pipps Hill Retail Park in the town.
The news comes as lockdown restrictions lifted today, allowing non-essential retail to reopen, along with pubs and hair salons.
Long queues of shoppers have been spotted outside stores such as Primark in Southend.
A spokesman for the East of England Ambulance Service Trust said: "“An ambulance attended Pipps Hill Retail Park in Basildon just before 12pm today to treat a woman who had suffered a fall.
"The patient was transported to Basildon and Thurrock University Hospitals for further assessment and treatment.”
