ALL train lines are blocked following a signal failure.
Greater Anglia Services from London Liverpool Street have been delayed or cancelled this morning after a "signalling system fault."
Trains in and out of the station will also start or terminate at nearby stations.
Disruption is expected "until further notice."
Greater Anglia have confirmed tickets will be accepted on c2c services from Fenchurch Street to Southend Central.
UPDATE - all lines are "returning to normal"

A spokesman from Greater Anglia, said: "Due to a fault with the signalling system at London Liverpool Street all lines are blocked.
"Train services running to and from this station may be cancelled, delayed or revised.
"Disruption is expected until further notice.

"Specialist Network Rail telecoms engineers are currently on site, investigating the cause of this fault and planning the rectification.
"Trains in and out of London Liverpool Street will be cancelled or start or terminate at an earlier station until the repair is complete."
