CHARITY bosses are overwhelmed by the kindness of supporters in making donations following the reopening of its shops.
Havens Hospice opened the doors of its 23 shops across Essex on June 15 and have seen the number of donations increase by 89 per cent compared to the week before its shops closed in March due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
Trevor Johnson, director of income generation at the charity said he can’t thank customers enough for sticking by the charity and continuing to visit their shops.
