A CRASH left a person trapped in a car in Southend.
Firefighters attended the crash in Victoria Avenue at around 8.49am on Friday morning.
A spokesman for Essex Fire Service said: "Firefighters were called to assist at the scene of a road traffic collision involving two vehicles.
"Fire crews worked with paramedics to help release one casualty trapped in their vehicle.
"The casualty was released at 9.15am and left in the care of the ambulance service."
It is not believed the casualty was seriously injured.
