Kerrin Repman died in April
A man has been arrested in connection with a murder investigation.
Keith McCarthy, 41 of no fixed address was arrested in connection with the death of Kerrin Repman, 29 whose moped was struck by a car in Marine Parade, Dovercourt on April 15.
A 79-year-old woman was also seriously injured.
McCarthy was arrested on December 2 in Southern Ireland under a European Arrest Warrant.
Police are now preparing for his extradition back to the UK.
