COLCHESTER Zoo is having issues taking bookings due to a problem with its payment provider.
The zoo is advising customers to try making bookings later due to the error, with experts working to fix the problem.
It said on Facebook: "Please be aware that due to an error with our third-party payment provider we are currently unable to accept payment for online orders at this time.
"Our third party provider is working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible, we do advise you to try to make your booking again later.
"We do apologise for any inconvenience caused."
All visitors must book tickets to the zoo online at the moment due to coronavirus restrictions.
