DURING the last year I have been walking most days in and around the Western estate for exercise.
Despite the number of dog bins being put up, I have to be careful where I am walking as the amount of mess is increasing again.
These routes also have lots of ordinary walkers with young children (who could be blinded if it gets in their eyes) who like me are fed up with it.
Could one of the said offenders please tell us why it is beneath them to pick up their dog’s mess?
Or if they do, why they then throw it in a hedge, toss it in a tree or, worse still, leave the bag under the dog bin?
