DAREDEVILS can take the plunge by abseiling down an 86ft tower for charity.
Thrill-seekers can drop from the top of the Naze Tower in Walton this Saturday, from 10am, to raise money for the British Red Cross.
Professional training will be given and no experience is needed.
It costs £25 to register and all participants are asked to raise a minimum of £50 in sponsorship.
