AT the club’s AGM on November 12 it was reported that Doreen Smith, who had been treasurer for several years and Ann Dart would be leaving the committee. Both were thanked for their work. Reports were given by the treasurer, secretary and president Anne Massingham. In all it has been a satisfactory year but more support was needed for fundraising.
After the reports, Margaret Stewart came and showed us how she makes beautiful flower sprays from sugar paste to decorate cakes. A blockbusters quiz was organised with several winners. The next meeting will be our Christmas party on December 10.
