Officers have secured charges for two people in connection to robberies in an Essex town.
Essex Police detectives have charged the two people after two linked robberies in the Marlescroft Way area of Loughton on August 7 and August 27.
In both incidents, the victims were reportedly lured on false pretences, threatened with a knife, and had money taken from them.
On August 28, warrants were executed at two addresses, leading to the arrests.
Louie Williams, of Lower Alderton Lane, Loughton, faces charges including two counts of robbery, possessing a bladed article, possessing an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence, and blackmail.
Brooke Benjamin, 32, of Kelvedon Close, Hutton, stands charged with handling stolen goods.
Williams is due to appear at Chelmsford Crown Court on September 28, while Benjamin is set to appear on January 6.
