A FORMER garage in Clacton is now on the market for £750,000.
The ATS garage, on Holland Road, shut its doors on May 1, marking the end of a long-standing presence in the town.
The closure came amid restructuring efforts by ATS Euromaster, which announced plans to shut a significant number of sites across the UK.
The building is now being advertised on property listing website Zoopla.
The 11,878 sq ft building is listed for £750,000.

ATS Euromaster was one of the UK’s largest fast-fit networks specializing in tyre fitting, vehicle servicing and MOT testing.
Established in 1965 and owned by the Michelin tyre group, the business is currently winding down its UK operations due to rising costs and intense market competition.
