A new business which "hopes to bring the town to life" is opening in Clacton.

Sunkissed is a new beauty parlour offering a large range of services, from tanning to laser hair removal.

The business opened in Pier Avenue today (February 3).

Owner Sonef Sonef has high hopes for the new shop.

Mr Sonef, 35, said: "I wanted to open this business to help the community and bring the town to life.

"We already have a successful business in town so we decided to open another one.

"My other business is Sonef Men's Grooming Room where we only offer haircutting services, which is why I have decided to expand."

The business will provide men's grooming services, sunbeds, LED light therapy and laser hair removal.

To celebrate, 100 per cent of all taking for the first two days will be donated to East Anglia's Children's Hospices.

The hospice provides care either in the family home, virtually, in hospital, at their hospices or in the wider community.
