WALTON'S top five most expensive properties that sold last year have been revealed.

According to Rightmove, 93 properties in Walton were sold and purchased over the past 12 months.

House prices in the town had an average price of £273,319 last year.

The majority of properties sold in Walton last year were detached, selling for an average price of £349,680.

Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £268,598, with terraced properties fetching £211,797.


What were the most expensive properties sold in Walton in 2025?

Sandpipers, Green Lane, CO14 8HA -£600,000 in January

Its earliest recorded sale was in 2004, where it sold for £260,000.

128 Walton Road, CO14 8NE -£535,000 in June.

It previously sold for £405,000 back in 2018.

143 Kirby Road, CO14 8RL - £500,000 in February

This house sold for £105,000 back in 1998.

6 Old Hall Lane, CO14 8LE - £455,000

The property has no historical sales records.

Records show the home sold for £299,995 in 2021.
