A north Essex animal sanctuary is looking for new volunteers.
Greenland Grove, in Point Clear Road, St. Osyth, has opened up its volunteer vacancies for the new year.
It is in need of two volunteers to help care for animals at the sanctuary.
A sanctuary spokesperson said: "Please read carefully as these roles require dedication and commitment from the successful person
"You must be able to follow instructions and orders of turn out when being around the horses to avoid accidents.
"Some of our horses have had a traumatic past or have a history of being aggressive. We have care plans for these individual horses."
They are looking for a person for yard duties such as mucking out stables, collecting feed buckets and tidying up on Tuesdays or Wednesdays from 11am to 3pm.
Experience is preferred but not needed for this position.
A horse care giver is also needed for the sanctuary to help grooming, the morning feeding routine and turning out and bringing in horses.
Experience is needed for this role.

The aim of the sanctuary is to give a peaceful loving home to animals in need.
It has 40 horses, six donkeys, 26 rabbits, 40 guinea pigs and other domesticated and farm animals in their care.
