A block of seven flats close to the seafront in Jaywick have sold at auction for £500,000.
The Bramston Court building, in Broadway, was up at the latest Dedman Gray auction which took place on Wednesday.
The freehold property contains seven residential flats which are all let on assured shorthold tenancies and producing a combined monthly rental income of £4,625 or £55,500 a year.
The building also comes with communal gardens, storage and parking.
It ended up selling for its guide price of £500,000.
