A Jaywick chalet close to the seafront has sold at auction.
The detached home in Sunbeam Avenue went under the hammer with a guide price of £30,000.
It had previously failed to sell in September at an increased guide price of between £40,000 and £45,000.
At the latest auction on Thursday it reached its guide price of £30,000 which was the final amount.
The property has a living room, kitchen area, two bedrooms, and a hallway with airing cupboard and bathroom.
There is outside space to both front and rear of the property, which is currently overgrown.
