Students and teachers celebrated results on A-level day at Sigma Sixth Tendring.
The Clacton County High School's sixth form college reported outstanding achievements by its students in their A-levels and other equivalent qualifications this summer.
The vast majority of students achieved their first choice place at university.
Haiden Cordrey received A* grades in government and politics and law and A grades in history and his extended project
He gained a place at University of Sheffield to read law.
Fellow student Rocco McIntyre received an A* in law and A grades in history and drama and has gained a place at University of London to read History.
He will be joined by Etholle Brown, who received A grades in history, biology and psychology.
Thomas French will be heading to the University of Sheffield to read biomedical science, after receiving A grades in biology, chemistry and maths.
Olivia Harmer received A grades in government and politics, English language and her extended project and a grade B in English Literature.
She has gained a place at University of East Anglia to read English.
Emily Bramman will stay close to home as she gained a place at the University of Essex to read global studies after finishing her A-levels with A grades in geography, criminology and her extended project and a Merit in food science.
Oliver Caffull received a Distinction* in Triple Sport and a C grade in maths and will study Sports Coaching at UCFB in Wembley.
Sarah McKarry, head of the college, said: “I could not be prouder of our Year 13 cohort today. They have been an enthusiastic, dynamic and dedicated year group and it is wonderful that their hard work has been recognised.
“The utmost credit goes to them, their families and teachers whose support and determination have been vital throughout this journey.
“I wish every one of our Year 13 leavers the very best for their next steps and longer term futures whether they are leaving us for university, apprenticeships, a gap year or employment.”
