Residents are getting set for Brightlingsea's late-night shopping, with plenty of festive fun for all the family.
The late night shopping event will see a multitude of performances across the town centre and plenty of stalls selling items including sweets, toys, decorations and jewellery.
The event kicks off at 3pm, with a performance from DJ Looney at the Brewers Arms.
Children will also be delighted by an appearance from Father Christmas between 6pm and 7.45pm.
It is also noted that a road closure will be in place from 12pm today until 8.30pm, surrounding the war memorial.
