Give us some history about the pub

Previously known as Pharos we opened as Bees Knees in 2018 and became a popular night-time venue. During the day we offer pints for £1.80 using out bee rewarded app. We are aiming to differ ourselves from sports pubs by offering afternoon karaoke and all day cocktail deals

Most memorable moment at the pub

Out most memorable moment recently is the Burnley vs Blackburn home match last November, we opened late and it was an amazing night for all who attended

Do you have an entertainment line-up?

Thursdays - we have a DJ and party games, Fridays - DJ from 10pm, Saturdays - karaoke 5-9 then a DJ from 10 and Sundays - a quiz from 8pm and karaoke until late. We are open late every night until New Years Day - with a Christmas Eve quiz, a big party is happening on Christmas Day.

Have you faced any challenges within the industry

Covid was a hard time for us with all the uncertainty of when we would be returning to work. We have been trying to rebuild the nightlife in the town ever since too.

Meeting lots of people from all walks of life and having an amazing team to work with.
