Flower Club.
AT the June meeting, Christine Hewson was the demonstrator, her title was "Summer Miscellany". It was a very enjoyable evening, the flowers wonderful, and the arrangements spectacular. The competition was "Tropical", won by Ann Garneys.
The open day held earlier, had raised a profit to swell the club funds.
The next meeting is on July 15, the demonstrator will be Jan Truscott. Visitors are always welcome.
Leisure Club.
MEMBERS were welcomed to the Red Triangle Hall by Yvonne on June 24.
It was reported that Win Newton is poorly, best wishes were expressed for her recovery.
On July 15, the club will close for the summer until September 19.
Members played a friendly game of bingo and Joan Warner won the bus stop.
