Gavin Coomber, 38, of Belle Vue Place, Southend was charged with articipate in gathering of two or more people in private dwelling / indoors in tier 4 area. On March 20 in Southend without reasonable excuse and other than as permitted by the Regulations, participated in a gathering in the Tier 4 area of ESSEX, which took place in a private dwelling, namely 11 Bellevue place, Southend and consisted of two or more people. On the same day he without reasonable excuse and other than as permitted by the Regulations, participated in a gathering in the Tier 4 area of Essex which took place in a private dwelling, namely 11 Bellevue place, Southend and consisted of two or more people. Party taking place at the property with over 15 person present breaching the covid regulations. His plea was Guilty Single Justice Procedure and it was eeferred to full court hearing. A Summons was issued for hearing on January 12 2022 at Southend Magistrates Court and the reason is defence request.

Samuel Ibidapo, 20, of Goldmer Close, Shoebury  was charged with participate in gathering of two or more people in private dwelling / indoors in tier 4 area. On March 27 in Southend he without reasonable excuse and other than as permitted by the Regulations, participated in a gathering in the Tier 4 area of Shoebury, which took place in a private dwelling, namely 15 Goldmer Close, Shoebury and consisted of two or more people. On the same day in Southend he without reasonable excuse and other than as permitted by the Regulations, participated in a gathering in the Tier 4 area of Shoeburyness, which took place in a private dwelling, namely 15 Goldmer Close, Shoeburyness and consisted of two or more people. Police were called to reports of a house party, on attendance 10 people were located within the address including IBIDAPO who is the occupier of the address breaching the covid regulations.

It was proved under the Single Justice Procedure and he was fined £660, and ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £60 and costs of £90.00.
