LAST week EastEnders' Jessie Wallace, Steve McFadden, and Letitia Dean were spotted filming future episodes on the glitzy showbiz sands of St Osyth.

The following day the well-known actors, who play Kat Slater, Phil Mitchell, and Sharon Watts, also shot scenes for the long-running soap opera at the Hutley's Caravan Park.

The show's stalwart actors even dined at Bella Pais, in St John’s Street, Colchester, where the enjoyed a succulent steak meal.

Fun day - actor Perry Fenwick enjoyed an event put on by former classmates of Ashley-James Hall, a soldier who lost his legs while serving in Afghanistan. Also pictured are Ashley-James’ girlfriend Jade Herrron, brother Nathaniel and mum and dad Cheryl and Steve. The picture was taken in September 2010.
