A PASSIONATE business owner’s charity event raised hundreds for breast cancer awareness month.
Suzanne Coles hosted the fundraising event from her boutique Madeleine & Co in Tom’s Farm Shop in Tiptree.
The 58-year-old raised vital funds for Breast Cancer Now in memory of her sister, Madeleine.
Madeleine died from secondary breast cancer in 2002 at just 36 years old.
The boutique raised money on October 16 with 10 per cent off all clothing excluding sale items and a raffle.

Great prizes on offer were all from small businesses in the area.
A total of £440 was raised through the raffle which Suzanne says was “wonderful”.
She added: “We still have the metal ribbon pins in our shop if anyone wishes to purchase one and make a donation.”
