A PROFESSIONAL actor who has worked with legendary stars of screen and stage will bring the stories of a famous children’s author to life.
Anthony Pedley, of Holland-on-Sea, will appear at the Frinton-on-Sea Lawn Tennis Club on October 24 from 10.30am as part of the Frinton Literary Festival.
His one-man show, entitled A Taste of Dahl, is designed to engage Key Stage 2 children and take young literary fans on a journey into Roald Dahl’s stories.
Anthony, who has worked with Judi Dench and Donald Sinden, will delve into everything from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory to James and the Giant Peach.
Using Dahl's own words, the show will help children learn all about the bestselling children’s writer in addition to where his brilliant ideas came from.
