A CHARITY group has organised an event in a bid to generate essential funding for a seaside town’s life-saving organisation.
The RNLI Clacton Ladies Fundraising Group is hosting a special coffee morning this Saturday in aid of the town’s lifeboat station.
The laid-back get-together, will boast a variety of stalls selling everything from books and cakes to calendars and gifts.
Hot drinks and biscuits will also be on offer, in addition to a prize-packed raffle and unique RNLI Christmas cards.
The coffee morning will take place at St Bartholomew’s Church, in Frinton Road, Holland-on-Sea from 10am and cost £1 for adults, while children can enter for free.
