A driver was left trapped in their vehicle after a crash in Rochford.

Fire crews were called to the crash on Sutton Road at 7.07am this morning (July 29), which saw the vehicle leave the roadway.

The team worked with paramedics to safely release the casualty from their vehicle.

The driver was rescued by 8.30am and left in the care of the ambulance service.
