POLICE are appealing for witnesses to come forward after a collision on the A127 earlier this week.
Officers were called to reports of a collision at around 1pm on Wednesday, June 23.
Reports suggested the collision was between a motorbike and a van on the London-bound slip at Dunton.
In the crash, the rider of the motorbike, a man in his 30s, sustained serious injuries.
Now officers are asking for anyone who saw the crash to come forward to help with their investigation.
An Essex Police spokesman said: "Anyone who witnessed the collision, or has dash cam footage available for us to view, is urged to contact us.
"You can submit information through our website or call 101.
"The incident number to quote is 630 of 23 June.
"Alternatively, if you would prefer to remain anonymous you can call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."
