A man will stand trial for attempted murder following a collision between a car and pedestrians in Essex.
Three people were taken to hospital with serious injuries following the incident outside The Sugar Hut nightclub, in Brentwood High Street.
Martin Stokes, 27, has admitted charges of ABH and causing injury by dangerous driving in connection with the incident back on Sunday, April 2, 2017.
But Stokes, of no fixed address, has denied a charge of attempted murder and will now stand trial.

It is due to take place at Chelmsford Crown Court on January 24, 2022.
