A man will appear in court in connection with two attempted robberies in Essex.
It was reported that two vehicles were approached by a man in Ingrave Road and Shenfield Crescent in Brentwood on Monday (June 22).
The man allegedly tried to rob the people inside the vehicles.
One of the victims reported being assaulted and another needed hospital treatment.
Daniel Clark, 38, of no fixed address, was arrested and has now been charged with two counts of attempted robbery and two counts of possession of an offensive weapon.

He is due to appear at Southend Magistrates’ Court today.
