HULLBRIDGE Sports have been boosted after seeing their Ryan’s Heating Stadium pass a ground grading.

The Ryan's Heating Stadium has successfully met the ground grading guidelines set out by the Football Association and Isthmian North.

And the news has left those working behind the scenes at Hullbridge delighted.

The Isthmian North club’s commercial team tweeted: “After months of stress, work and pressure, Hullbridge Sports are pleased to announce we have passed our ground grading.

“It’s been a long road and there is still work to be done ready for 12 months’ time, but it is a huge weight off our minds and we can now focus on other matters.”

Hullbridge are set to welcome Brentwood Town to the Ryan’s Heating Stadium on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Darren Manning’s side have been boosted on the pitch by the return of defender Perry Dunn.

Dunn played a key role as Sports won the Essex Senior League title last term and booked their place in the fourth tier of non-league football for the first time in the club’s history.

After making 14 appearances in all competitions this season, Dunn left the club and joined Isthmian North rivals Aveley in November.

However, the central defender has sealed his return to the Ryan’s Heating Stadium.
