BLUES fans have their say on the club's off-field struggles.

No one can doubt Ron Martin’s passion for the club. He is undoubtedly in too far to walk away and the club’s debt make it impossible to sell. A points deduction next season now seems a formality, will there be a team in League Two next year is the real question that needs an answer.

@naad63

The club needs professional staff who can run it. CEO, secretary and financial controller. Ron M is out of his depth and fixated on the property pay off. The 2008 crash scuppered his quick buck and he’s seemingly left in a situation which he can’t fund properly day to day.

@NickDart3

Getting bored of smoke screens being blown by Martin. All I feel we need is a bit of honesty and for him to show us his plan to get out of this mess.

On the pitch has been bright players like Clifford,Gard and Nelson coming on leaps and bounds. Exciting future if finances improve.

@SUFC_Smithyy

I have genuine fears that I may not have a football club at the end of the season.Every week is more bad news and it never gets any better.

I don’t see the club being sold, either we go down and try to keep the club afloat financially, or Ron walks away leaving us without a club.

@RobbGray

It’s diabolical that staff are not being paid. It’s diabolical that the club is essentially being run like a fiefdom. Press releases that don’t mean anything, promises that don’t materialise, no support for the manager. The buck stops with Ron and his myriad of companies.

@prnapper

The current crisis reflects just how far the gap is between the top flight and lower divisions.

When you have players trading clubs for 80 million plus on one hand and the other you’ve a club struggling to pay wages, HMRC and just about getting by it reflects how big the gap is.

@ShrimpersTalk

You can’t believe a word that comes from Martin. Deadlines he sets himself are never met, he can’t deliver on Fossetts which is ultimately make or break for us, frequent winding up petitions, EFL charges, unregistered players. This is mismanagement of the highest. 2010 again.

@DanBasildonBlue

Another week, another Blues crisis. It’s been so long that the loyal Blues have forgotten what good news is like! We probably won’t have long to wait for the next tranch of bad news.

Oh the joys of being a Blues fan.
