CHILDREN from a village primary school joined hundreds of others at a charity concert in Westminster.
Two Village Primary School in Ramsey was one of 24 that performed in the Young Supporters’ Concert last Monday. June 24, for children's charity Barnardo's.
The concert at Central Hall, Westminster, featured an evening of performances from films such as The Greatest Showman and Mary Poppins, along with orchestral classics and theatrical dance displays.
Barnardo’s South East and Anglia regional director Hugh Sherriffe, said: “This was a fantastic evening of music by some amazingly talented children.
"I’m extremely grateful to all the volunteers and teachers who made it possible.
"The money raised will help us continue to support thousands of the most vulnerable children and families across the UK.”
Barnardo’s events Manager Jen Privett said: "Every child put their heart and soul into every single performance and should be so proud of what they have achieved. We could not have put on this event without the hard work and rehearsal time of the schools and all of our volunteers and staff.”
