Man to appear in court after father 'slashed in face' at seafront bar
A MAN will appear in court after a father-of-two was slashed in the face at a bar in Clacton.
Zachary Jagger, 23, faces a charge of causing grievous bodily harm after the attack at a seafront bar.
The victim, a 34-year-old man, was left scarred for life.
Jagger, of Alton Park Road, Clacton, will appear at Colchester Magistrates' Court on Thursday, July 18.
The assault took place in the early hours of Sunday, February 10, at Bentley's Bar, in Marine Parade East.
