A SPECIAL presentation took place to mark Nicky Palmer's 150th appearance for Harwich and Parkeston.
The attacking full-back was given a trophy prior to the Shrimpers' last game of the Thurlow Nunn League season, against Burnham Ramblers, on April 27.
Palmer progressed through the club's youth system and made a number of appearances for the club in what was then called the Ridgeons League.
Harwich finished fifth in first division south, ending their campaign with a 4-3 victory against Burnham Ramblers.
One of their goalscorers was talented 17-year-old Ross Purll, who normally plays for the club's reserves but was called up to the first team by boss Kieron Shelley and assistant Mike Wallace.
