GRAHAM TILLEY

Aged 35, of Camelsdale Road, Haslemere, Surrey, was found guilty of failing to identify who was driving a Peugeot suspected of committing an offence in Shoreham. Fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Six points added to his licence.

MATTHEW RAWCLIFFE

Aged 27, of Maiden Lane, Crawley, guilty of drink driving in a Nissan in Haslett Avenue, Crawley, with 52 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath in his system in November. The legal limit is 35mcg. Fined £180 and to pay £30 victim surcharge and £50 court costs. Banned from driving for three years.

ASHLEY GARTELL

Aged 25, of Manor Fields, Horsham, admitted five counts of interfering with vehicles with intent to steal in January, fraud by making a false representation, and breaching a conditional discharge. Given four-week suspended prison sentence and to pay £115 victim surcharge.

LACE LOVEGROVE

Aged 23, of Brougham Grove, Angmering, guilty of driving without due care and attention in Victoria Drive, Bognor, in July. Fined £80 and to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Five points added to her licence.

MEHOMED MEHMED

Aged 31, of Mill Road, Worthing, found guilty of failing to identify the driver of a Ford Fiesta in Shoreham in May. Fined £660 and to pay £66 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Banned from driving for six months.

DALE CROZIER

Aged 28, of Stephens Road, Brighton, convicted for theft of a black torch, lighter and aftershave in Lowestoft in March last year. Given six-week suspended prison sentence. To pay £115 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

STEFAN GOLEV

Aged 31, of no fixed address, admitted stealing alcohol, razors and male grooming products worth £239. Fined £50 and to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

JOE ROBINSON

Aged 34, of Langford Road, Bognor, guilty of driving a Nissan on the A27 at a speed exceeding 70mph. Fined £40 and to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Banned from driving for one year.

KAMIL RATAJCZYK

Aged 24, of Greenfields, Littlehampton, admitted driving a Suzuki on the A27 at a speed exceeding 70mph, without insurance or a valid licence. Fined £333 and to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Six points added to his licence.

CRAIG TRAVERS

Aged 30, of Wadhurst, admitted possessing cannabis and cocaine at his home in July. Fined £330 and to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

PHILIP WHITE

Aged 37, of Cooper Road, Rye, Admitted assaulting a man in the town in December. Fined £461 and to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Ordered to complete 20 rehabilitation requirement days.

DANIEL SUNNEY

Aged 41, of Swaines Passage, Hastings, admitted driving an Audi at a speed exceeding 30mph in St Helen’s Road in February. Fined £146 and to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Three points added to his licence.

SCOTT HIGGINS

Aged 37 and of Wallis Way Horsham, found guilty of drink driving in a Volkswagen on the M23. Fined £623 and to pay £500 court costs and £62 victim surcharge, and banned from driving for one year.
