TWO men arrested after vile racist abuse was heard at a popular pub have been re-bailed.
Police are investigating the incident which happened in Playhouse in St John's Street, Colchester on January 2.
A group are said to have threatened bar staff and customers while using racial slurs.
Two 43-year-olds from Colchester were arrested on the day on suspicion of causing intentional harassment, alarm or distress.
They answered bail on Tuesday but have now been re-bailed until February 3.
