Teenager due in court after reports women were spat at
A TEENAGE boy will appear in court following reports women were spat at.
The 15-year-old, from Clacton, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been summonsed to appear at Chelmsford Youth Court.
He has been charged with seven counts of common assault.
The charges come following reports women were spat at in Clacton between Tuesday, October 7 and Wednesday, October 8.
