Teen arrested following rape allegation released without charge
A BOY arrested following reports a teenager had been raped in Clacton has been released without charge.
A 16-year-old, from Clacton, was arrested on suspicion of rape following an alleged incident in Stanley Road, on July 16.
A spokesman for Essex Police confirmed the 16-year-old has been released without charge following an investigation.
