PLANS to demolish a dental surgery and replace it with a larger one have been given the go ahead.
Elm Tree surgery, in Elms Tree Avenue, Frinton, will be replaced with a new practice nearly 73sq m larger.
Next-door neighbours had objected to the application over the height of the windows and some fear the bright surgery lights would cause a nuisance, but Frinton and Walton Town Council backed the plans.
The blueprints were finally approved by Tendring Council planners last week.
The dental surgery will operate from temporary containers while it is being rebuilt.
