Flower festival has royal theme
A FLOWER festival is being held at Great Bentley Methodist Church this weekend.
The event has a kings and queens theme and there will be a fun quiz and strawberry teas.
Boxted Silver Band are also staging a concert on Sunday at 7pm. Tickets cost £7.
The festival runs from 10am to 6pm on Saturday and 11am to 5pm on Sunday, and is raising money to fit underfloor heating to the church hall.
A grand garage trail is also being held in the village on Saturday by the Friends of the Green, from 10am to 3pm.
