A NEW horse paddock and menage could be created on farmland in Kirby-le-Soken.
Mechelle Sweeney has applied for change of use for four hectares of agricultural land behind Spring Cottage in The Street.
As well as the enclosed horse riding school, Mrs Sweeney is also seeking permission for a manure storage area.
The land is currently used to graze horses and has previously been used for the hay making.
Previous plans for the menage, which also included a stable block, were refused by Tendring Council in April.
The new plans are expected to be decided by June 25.
