The final blueprint for a five home development in Brightlingsea has been given the green light.
NEEB Holdings Ltd has been granted planning permission for the amended scheme for land north of Samsons Road.
The application by involves five four-bedroom detached properties with integral garages.
The site was previously used as a commercial highways depot and has a double gated access onto Samsons Road.
Brightlingsea Town Council supported the proposal and there were no other letters of representation received.
