A HUGELY popular Victorian Christmas market returns to Clacton’s Princes Theatre on Saturday.
More than 30 community groups will set out their stalls with Tendring’s European twin towns, whose national gifts and festive delicacies make ideal stocking-fillers.
As well as stocking up on Christmas gifts, there is also the chance to visit Santa Claus in his grotto or enjoy a mince pie.
Stallholders enter the Christmas spirit by dressing in Victorian costumes at the event, which attracts hundreds of visitors.
The market runs from 9.30am to 3pm at the Station Road theatre and is organised by Community Voluntary Services Tendring.
Admission costs £1 (children free).
