HUNDREDS of scooters revved into Clacton for a spectacular show of two-wheeled horsepower.
More than 500 bikes and riders from across the region descended on the town to raise money for charity at the annual event.
They gathered at Manheim car auctions in Frating to form a huge convoy of gleaming chrome and mirrors.
Crowds cheered the cavalcade as riders made their way along the seafront, peeping their horns.
The event was launched last year to mark the 50th anniversary of the Clacton riots between mods and rockers.
Sunday’s ride raised almost £700 for cancer charity the Bobby Moore Fund.
