A 72-YEAR-OLD pedestrian has been left with serious injuries following a crash in Clacton.
The man was hurt after being hit by a white Seat Inca van in Cloes Lane, near to the the mini-roundabout junction with St Johns Road.
A spokesman for Essex Police said the man is currently in Queens Hospital, Romford, with serious injuries.
He appealed for witnesses to the incident, which happened at about 1.15pm on Friday, to come forward.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact PC Darrin Lee, at Stanway Road Policing Unit, on 101.
